COVID 19: Protocol Portal

Note: Protocols will be periodically updated to reflect best available advice in line with national and local government and authority guidelines.

What Our Staff Will Do:

According to SA Health Guidelines, we will endeavour to provide care in our clinic by:

- Full time PPE wearing which includes facemasks (Level 3 in clinical areas), and eyewear in clinical areas.

- Ensure our staff are vaccinated against COVID-19, with the relevant boosters as appropriate.

- Adhere to recommended disinfection and cleaning protocols as advised by the ADA and Health SA.

- Ensure we have an up to date COVID Safety Guideline and abide by maximum occupancy restrictions.

- Ensure we monitor ourselves for any flu like symptoms, and isolate with testing as indicated.

- Should our staff be affected by COVID-19, the appropriate tracing, cleaning and preventative measures will be employed. This may affect appointment scheduling so we ask for your patience and understanding.

- Ensure the frequent review of these guidelines based on the evolving public health climate, and communicate any changes or important information to the visiting families to the best of our ability.

What We Ask of You:

- There are no restrictions based on vaccination status for consultation or treatment.

- Inform us of any flu like symptoms or if you are currently waiting on the results of a COVID PCR test.
(There is no penalty for rescheduling, just call us!)

- Use the installed hand sanitizer station upon entering our premises.
